Shipping Information

All MiSQue products are made to order.

Processing time: Usually 2–5 business days before dispatch.

UK delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout where available.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email where tracking is available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For UK consumer orders, responsibility for the goods remains with MISQUE LTD until they are delivered to you, or to another person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier.
